These terms govern your use of the All About Care Bribie Island website and the home care services we provide on Bribie Island and surrounding suburbs. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide non-clinical, in-home care including personal care, home support, supported living, disability support and community transport. We are not a medical or emergency service. In an emergency, call 000.

Care begins once we have completed a home visit, agreed on a written care plan and confirmed funding arrangements (private, Home Care Package, CHSP, NDIS or DVA). Either party may end the arrangement in writing.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for visit cancellations where possible. Short-notice cancellation fees may apply for funded services in line with current scheme rules.
